Questions
What do I need to run the app?
A Windows PC. The installer sets everything up, and the first launch downloads the components it needs, such as FFmpeg and the AI models.
How do I use my key?
Open the app, paste the key into the activation window and click activate. You can enter more keys later to add time.
I lost my key.
Email us with your proof of purchase and we'll resend it.
Do I need any API keys?
No. The AI features run on your computer through Ollama, so nothing is sent to a cloud AI. ElevenLabs voices are optional and use your own ElevenLabs key.
Can I use it on more than one PC?
Up to the number of computers listed in the Terms of Service.
Does it work with every website?
No. Websites and platforms can change or block downloads at any time. You can always use videos from your own computer.
Is the web version really free?
Yes. It has the same editing tools as the app. The Windows app adds link downloads, Drama Recap, Auto Edit, Media Posts, Edit Maker, the Timeline, face tracking, effects, voiceover narration, the Library and the title, description and tags tools.
